This little kiosk was about a million times easier than going to the home improvement store and watching the guy try to copy my key for an hour. The keys look and work great. That extra free key was icing on the cake.

Not upfront about their pricing AT ALL. Was quoted $80 per lock and was charged $310 for 2 locks in the end. I understand that there might be additional fees for work outside of regular business hours (this was around 7:00 PM), but that needs to be included in the quote. In fact, one of the people I spoke to said exactly that (prices are to be quoted before service). When I asked what happens when I’m quoted one price and charged considerably more than that, I was hung up on. After speaking to several people I was told it’s up to the locksmith to charge whatever they want. OK fine, but that needs to be included in the quote. Honestly, I should have refused to pay and that’s my mistake. Lesson learned. For anyone reading this I would recommend trying a different place.
